Stewarding, Consulting & Creative Collaboration
Support for what you’re living. Space for what you’re creating.
A space to reflect, notice patterns, navigate difficulty, and put ideas into practice. Individual stewarding, Bridge Work, business consulting, and dance offer different starting places for individuals, relationships, creatives, and organizations.
Choose ongoing support, a focused project, or a workshop. We shape the work around your circumstances, values, and what you hope to move toward.

Individual Stewarding & Mentorship
ONGOING · ONE TO ONE
For people navigating life, identity, creative work, or a change in direction.
A consistent relationship for thinking aloud, being witnessed, and finding your own way forward. We make room for complexity while working with the choices, patterns, and projects that matter to you.
What working together can look like
Regular conversations, creative exploration, and optional movement.
Support with decisions, transitions, ideas, and patterns that keep repeating.
Practical next steps, with room to return, reflect, and adjust over time.
Includes ongoing non-clinical coaching and mentoring relationships. Frequency and focus are agreed together.

Bridge Work: Conflict & Communication
FOCUSED · SHORT TERM
For two people, family members, collaborators, or workplace relationships.
When a specific conflict has become difficult to move through, Bridge Work creates a structured space to hear perspectives, examine what is happening between people, and identify possible next steps.
What working together can look like
Clarify the conflict, each person’s concerns, and what they hope will change.
Separate and/or shared conversations, depending on the situation.
A reflection on patterns, points of difference, and possible agreements or boundaries.
A defined piece of nonclinical work. The goal may be greater understanding or clearer boundaries; agreement and reconciliation are not assumed.
-
Business & Organizational Consulting
PROJECTS · CONSULTATIONS · FACILITATION
For independent practitioners, small-business owners, teams, and organizations.
Bring an idea into focus, understand a recurring difficulty, or examine how your ways of working relate to your values. We connect the daily details with the relationships and systems influencing them.
What working together can look like
Clarify an offering, project, role, or organizational direction.
Explore communication, working relationships, and recurring patterns.
Develop practical priorities, a project outline, or shared working agreements.
A focused consultation, a defined project, or a workshop shaped around an agreed question.
-
Dance, Movement & Choreography
LESSONS · WORKSHOPS · CREATIVE PROJECTS
For individuals, dancers, performers, groups, and creative collaborators.
Learn, explore expression, or develop a piece of work through the moving body. Sessions can center dance instruction, movement exploration, choreography, or collaboration on a performance or creative project.
What working together can look like
Individual dance lessons or group workshops.
Choreography, movement direction, and rehearsal collaboration.
Creative exploration tailored to your interests, experience, and access needs.
A single session, workshop, or longer creative collaboration, with the scope agreed together.
You don’t need to choose the perfect box.
Tell us what is happening, what you are hoping for, and whether you want ongoing support or help with a particular situation. We can identify a useful starting place together.
These MAM offerings are nonclinical. Psychotherapy is provided separately through Movement for the Mind.
