Life with ADHD can be a whirlwind—full of creativity, energy, and deep passion, but also challenges with organization, follow-through, and overwhelm. I know this from my years of professional experience and from navigating the daily juggle of work, family, and personal goals. That’s why I’m dedicated to helping kids, teens, and adults with ADHD build the structure and confidence they need to thrive.
My journey started in education, where I earned a Bachelor’s in Health Education and a Master’s in Special Education and spent years teaching and leading at a school designed to support neurodivergent students. As a school leader, I worked closely with students, parents, and educators to develop individualized strategies that helped students succeed academically and in their daily lives. This experience honed my ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate—skills I now bring into my work with families, kids, and adults looking for practical, tailored ADHD support.
Along the way, I developed a deep interest in how nutrition, movement, and daily routines impact focus and well-being, leading me to earn a Master’s in Nutrition and Integrative Health. My passion for functional skills development also led me to teach culinary arts and manage a student-run café, where I helped students build confidence in the kitchen and develop life skills through hands-on learning. Now, I use this experience to guide kids and parents in making the kitchen a more accessible, structured, and empowering space—whether that means teaching executive functioning through meal planning or helping families create systems for smoother mealtime routines.
Coaching with me isn’t about forcing a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s about collaboration—finding tools and strategies that truly work for you. Whether it’s helping teens and young adults develop stronger organization and study habits, guiding parents in creating supportive home routines, or exploring how nutrition and lifestyle can improve focus, I work alongside my clients to build personalized, achievable systems for success.
I believe ADHD isn’t a limitation; it’s a different way of experiencing the world—one that, when properly supported, can lead to incredible creativity, resilience, and success. My goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and capable of achieving what matters most to you.
No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies to help you build the life you want.
